Abuse
We take spam extremely seriously. If you have received a spam e-mail from someone using a Free Pop3.net account, the please forward it to abuse@freepop3.net immediately so that we can take the appropriate action. With the help of the user stopping such spam e-mails we can make our service a better service.

Service Support
If you have a problem with our service please e-mail support@freepop3.net. We will try to respond to your query as quickly as possible. We want the best for every user, so even for the smallest problem, please contact us.

FAQ
1. I can’t log into my account!
Please make sure that you enter your e-mail address and password exactly as they appeared when you signed up. When using POP3 clients, your username is your full e-mail address, i.e. test@freepop3.net. Please keep your password safe as due to security issues, we do not provide a password recovery feature.

2. What are my free POP3 details?
To log into your email account using POP3, use the following POP3 server:
mail.freepop3.net

Your username should be 'username@freepop3.net' and your password should be the password you signed up with.

3. How can you possibly afford to run this project?
We pay for our servers using the money generated from ads and donations. If you enjoy our service, then please don’t hesitate to donate and help us improve the service for everyone.

4. Can I send mass e-mails (spam) with this service?
No! Don’t even think about it. ALL spam e-mails sent through our service will be charged at £10 (Pound Sterling) each as you agreed to when you signed up. If this is not paid, then legal action WILL be taken to the full extent of the law.
